Display Recorded Target as Marker on the map

VBS2Combined Arms currently displays recorded targets in tabular format with the displays for the grid reference of the target, its name, and some additional information. The support has been added in VBS2Combined Arms so that targets are displayed on the VBS2 2D map with a black cross and the name of the target clearly written.
