Ready and Time of Flight

When the ship is prepared to fire the first salvo, it reports READY followed by the time of flight in seconds. The observer reads back the entire pre-firing report and commands FIRE. If the method of control included AT MY COMMAND, the ship also reports READY before firing each round. The ship informs the observer when there is a time of flight change of more than 5 seconds.
