Display Recorded Target as Marker on the map

VBS3Fires currently displays recorded targets in tabular format with the displays for the grid reference of the target, its name, and some additional information. The support has been added in VBS3Fires so that targets are displayed on the VBS3 2D map with a black cross and the name of the target clearly written.
