SAF-TAC™ is a scalable, synthetic training environment capable of Desktop, Mobile and Virtual Reality-based training. Built on top of the world-leading Unreal Engine and designed specifically for Defence Simulation Training, SAF-TAC™ facilitates individual training, collective training, mission rehearsal and experimentation. At present, the SAF-TAC COTS solution is targeted at providing high fidelity dismounted close combat training; however, the software is being actively developed such that future innovations will greatly expand use cases.
