SIMCENTRIC TECHNOLOGIES COVID-19 UPDATE

In light of recent COVID-19 events, SimCentric would like to update our stakeholders on the measures we have put in place to ensure continued support over this time.

  • SimCentric’s entire team are now all working remotely from home. We are extremely fortunate to be in the position where we can do this, thereby ensuring we retain full operating capability for as long as is required across all development and support functions.
  • Our ability to support current development contracts, program deliverables and integration work remains unaffected, and support, maintenance, and licencing remain fully functional.
  • Future capability development and new program requirements remain unaffected with SimCentric capable of remotely supporting requirements definition, statement of work generation, task order completion, and customer delivery / validation.
  • Out of caution for both our customers and staff, face-to-face meetings have been deferred in place of video conferencing, remote demonstrations, and virtual working groups. Where product or proof of concept demonstrations are required, we will achieve this via a combination of these remote means to ensure customers can make informed decisions.
  • SimCentric is offering 60-day product licences (renewable on request) to all existing customer organisations assisting staff who shall be working remotely. Please contact us via https://www.simct.com/contact_us for further information or to take advantage of this.

We wish all the best to our user groups and the global community at large as we all make adjustments to mitigate and work through these current challenges. If we can assist our user community in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us to let us know how we can help.

Stay safe and wishing those affected a speedy recovery.

Dr Adam Easton, CEO,
