USSOCOM / VATC AC130 Gunship Training

Visual Awareness and Consulting Inc. (VATC) worked with SimCentric throughout 2018 to deliver simulation-based training to USSOCOM, enhancing the employment of AC130 gunship close air support. Whilst initial training utilized SimCentric’s joint fires application “out of the box”, further collaborative development was undertaken to enable AC130 aircrew to conduct distributed missions employing Dual Target Attack (DTA) across multiple trainee stations with full replication of AC130 functionality (U, J and W models).
